remember that you are buying a used vehicle. There will always be some
wear and tear associated with a used vehicle. We try to provide full disclosure in
regard to any known defects or problems that may be associated with any vehicle
you purchase, we will at times miss some. Please make sure you do a "walk
around" of the car, with one of our staff members, so you can ask about anything
that might concern you. Also, remember that you may have to spend additional money on your vehicle to bring it up to your particular standards. We Cannot
guarantee extra keys, floor mats, owner's manuals, jacks, navigation discs and various other moveable items .../p>
We do not perform maintenance on
ALL of our vehicles; including, but not limited to oil changes, transmission fluid
changes, alignments, tune ups, etc ... We will not be responsible for warning
lights, check engine lights, ABS lights, SRS lights, etc ... Once the vehicle
leaves our lot we will not be responsible for any diagnostic trouble codes.
We require a
$500.00 pre payment made within 12 hours of the sales close to hold the vehicle of
your choice. This is a non refundable deposit unless the vehicle is grossly
misrepresented. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees
and taxes) within 5 business days. All financial transactions must be completed
before delivery of the vehicle. Acceptable Payment Methods: Cashiers Check, Bank Wire Transfer, Third party financing. PayPal will be accepted for Pre Payment only.
